The first guide that includes 2012 R2 RTM versions of System Center and Windows Server is out. You can download it now and save it to be prepared to test certain scenarios when GA availability of R2 wave arrives.

Hybrid Cloud with NVGRE Whitepaper
I would like to introduce a new whitepaper titled “Hybrid Cloud with NVGRE” that is authored by my mates Kristian Nese (MVP) and Flemming Riis (MVP). Daniel Neumann and me are technical reviewers and helpers with some knowledge. Flemming also provided us with the hardware for the lab and this wouldn’t be possible without him.

Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) for Windows 8.1
Short after the announcement about RTM of Windows 8.1 the ADK is also released for download. This download will be needed as prerequisite for the SCVMM 2012 R2 RTM release that is coming on 18th of October.

The information is taken directly from the guide. It seems changes in the MP are a lot especially the SQL dashboard that was waited since it was shown at MMS 2013 earlier this year. Grab the latest version from here and start implementing it first on your test and development environments.
New MP: Microsoft Host Integration Server 2013 Management Pack
It seems the latest version of Microsoft Host Integration Server now has MP. The MP is supported on SCOM 2007 R2 and 2012. Before downloading it from here and importing it I suggest to read the guide as there are some instructions on configuring it.
