System Center 2012 Operations Manager SP1 Beta will be out soon with a lot of enhancements

On the last Edge Show on Channel 9 guest of Symon Perriman was Ake Pettersson, a Senior Program Manager for System Center. They discussed the upcoming changes in System Center 2012 Operations Manager SP1. It seems Global Service monitor will not be the only one feature introduced in this service pack. With SCOM 2012 SP1 we will be bale to monitor WCF, MVC, .NET Window Services, SharePoint 2010, Azure SDK trough Application Performance Monitoring (APM) adding Global Service Monitor to this SCOM 2012 is now supporting a a wide variety of applications. Symon and Ake also discussed the integration of OpsMgr with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS) by showing a couple of demos also. In the end of the show Ake mentioned that the Beta of System Center 2012 Operations Manager SP1 will be out soon which means that we will have also Betas for all System Center 2012 SP1 components. With such pace may be we will be able to get the final version of SP1 short after Windows Server 2012 is released to RTM.
