Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit 2012 and Microsoft


Continuing my previous post about Microsoft and Linux interoperability here is another interesting download. Linux Foundation published videos and slides from their annual summit. One of the sessions on the summit is named

Microsoft’s Journey to the Linux Kernel presented by Tom Hanrahan and Ky Srinivasan. From the slides it seems it was very interesting presentation. The most interesting part is that Microsoft is the fifth largest contributor to Linux kernel 3.0 after Red Hat, Intel, Novell and IBM,
